COMSA Rail Transport attends the International Logistics Exhibition

COMSA Rail Transport, the railway company in the COMSA Corporación group, and the French company SNCF, specialising in the transport of goods by rail and associated logistics services, will participate in the International Logistics Exhibition (SIL) between 7 and 9 June, at the Fira de Barcelona (stand D-432). The SIL is one of the most important meeting points for the logistics sector in Southern Europe, the Mediterranean and Latin America.

Within the framework of the event, the company will present its latest developments in the transport and logistics sector. During the last financial year, COMSA Rail Transport maintained its upward trend, increasing freight traffic by 5%. Outstanding among the projects initiated is the transporting of steel between Santurce (Vizcaya) and Aranda (Burgos) and delivery services of materials for the construction and maintenance of high speed lines.

This year at the SIL the company will be sharing a stand with VIIA, the subsidiary of SNCF Logistics, which operates the freight transport rolling motorway from Perpignan to Calais (France) and Bettembourg (Luxembourg), and between Aiton (France) and Orbassano (Italy).
