The company EMTE Service, integrated into COMSA EMTE’s Maintenance and Services business has been awarded second prize in the tenth edition of the MC Mutual Award “Antonio Baró” in Occupation Risk Prevention (ORP). The company has received the award for the fourth consecutive year for ORP and for its activities carried out in support of protection of workers.
The award giving ceremony took place in the EMTE Service headquarters, situated in Cornellá de Llobregat (Barcelona). The Director General of the company, Enric Farriol, the Manager of ORP, Francisco J. Fernández, and the Head of Human Resources, Ana Mitjana, collected the award.
With this distinction, the jury has acknowledged EMTE Service’s commitment to ORP, which has resulted in a progressive reduction in accidents in the last four years. The risk prevention policy of the company forms part of the Occupational Risk Prevention Strategic Plan CERØ (COMSA EMTE Riesgo Cero), which aims to reduce the number of accidents and to make the Group a reference in the field within its scope of action.
The Award MC Mutual “Antonio Baró” annually acknowledge the work of those organizations that demonstrate their commitment to prevention, by carrying out efficient protection policies for their employees and improving work conditions.
