Having successfully completed the divestment chapter in 2023 -one year earlier than planned in the refinancing agreement- the company is focused on developing its main areas of activity: railway and civil infrastructures, industrial engineering, and maintenance and services.
Focus on growth in its business areas
The group’s Infrastructure business is the fastest growing with a turnover of 573 million, 11% more than in 2022. Among the most important railway projects in Spain are the construction of the R2 underground in Montcada i Reixac and the extension of the Chamartín station in Madrid. The Innovation area, which received an investment of more than 8.5 million euros in 2023, is developing around twenty projects aligned with the SDGs, especially in the field of sustainable mobility.
In addition, 2024 marks the 10th anniversary of the creation of the BIM (Building Information Modelling) department in the company, which has been one of the pioneers in implementing this methodology in its works.
