Our methodology

Committed to continuous improvement

COMSA Corporación is committed to continuous improvement in the construction process by implementing a project management model that combines the advantages of BIM and Lean systems to create added value in each of our projects.

The group has been promoting the implementation of the BIM methodology since 2014, when it created a multidisciplinary team entirely dedicated to the development and implementation of BIM in the organisation.

It also has extensive experience in the application of the Lean Construction method, focusing its activity on building works in which it deploys optimisation processes for the entire value chain.
