Egatel, a COMSA Corporación company specialising in radio and television broadcasting systems, is participating in the NAB Show in Las Vegas (USA) from 18 to 21 April, presenting the new series of low power television transmitters and gap-fillers.
The TUWH1000 and RUWH1000 families, adaptable to all digital TV standards, achieve powers of up to 115 watts RMS in a single rack unit and facilitate the tasks of installation and maintenance for operators, allowing the complete management of equipment either locally or remote.
During the fair, Egatel will also be showing the Smart LNB, an electronic device developed for the satellite operator Eutelsat that provides access to a wide range of satellite TV services such as social networks, purchasing operations, a la carte content consumption, as well as Machine to Machine (M2M) applications: e-Health, connected home, smart energy control, etc. In 2015, the company has already supplied Eutelsat with 3,100 LNB Smart bidirectional receivers.
The NAB Show in Las Vegas, the premier global event for the broadcasting industry, each year brings together more than 90,000 professionals from 150 countries and more than 1,500 exhibiting companies.
