Aritex has participated in the 2012 ‘Aerospace & Defence Meetings’, 14th to 17th May in Seville. This is an international business convention dedicated to the aerospace industry. This is the only meeting of its kind in Spain thanks to its B2B format. This consists of bilateral 25 minutes meetings allowing companies to come into direct contact with potential business partners.
Besides having a stand, Aritex actively participated in professional meetings. In its role as a supplier, the company met with both current clients (EADS, Airbus and Bombardier) and potential clients (Dassault and Embraer), in order to offer them; assembly lines, automated machines and other tools for the assembly of aero structures. At the same time as a contractor they had meetings with national and international suppliers to discuss possible future collaborations.
Organized by Andalucía’s Ministry of Economy, Innovation and Science,in collaboration with the French company ‘BCI Aerospace’, the event brought together over 260 companies from the sector in Andalucía’s capital. Aerospace & Defence Meetings’ aims to become a platform for the interchange and meeting of the aviation industry’s supply chain, as well as a tool for companies to do business, identify new partners and to make contact with new customers or suppliers.
